What happens at a typical Soiree.The first hour you share wine with other guests and become acquainted. Then we introduce ourselves to the group so that everyone knows who all the new and interesting people are, why they are in Paris and the fascinating things they do. Dinner is served at about 8pm. After dessert the Special Guest is introduced and we have the presentation, talk or musical performance. The audience is usually very enthusiastic and has lots of questions.
